Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

2 cups Castella Artichokes, drained
3/4 cups Mayonnaise
1/2 cups Castella Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp  Castella Chopped Garlic in Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tbsp  Castella Grated Parmesan Cheese for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Chop artichokes and combine with mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and garlic, season with salt & pepper
  3. Spread into oven safe dish
  4. Sprinkle with a little more parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and heated through
  5. Serve with crackers, bread, or flat breads
