Fried Artichokes



  1. Heat oil in small saucepan
  2. Drain artichokes and pat dry
  3. Whip eggs, add seasonings to egg mixture
  4. Mix parmesan cheese to seasoned breadcrumbs
  5. Dredge artichokes in egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture
  6. Drop artichokes in hot oil and fry for approximately 2 minutes or until golden brown
