Method

  1. In a food processor, puree together artichokes, olives, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, crushed red pepper and all but 1 tsp of parsley
  2. Scrape into Serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
  3. Sprinkle with remaining parley and enjoy!
