Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

2 pkgs Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups Castella Artichokes, drained, chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Castella Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 tsp Castella Chopped Garlic in Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Chop artichokes and combine with spinach, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and garlic, season with salt & pepper
  3. Spread into oven safe dish
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and heated through
  5. Serve with crackers, bread, or flat breads
