Mexican Pizza

Ingredients

1 Prepared oven pizza crust
4 oz  Mexican Bruschetta
2 Roma tomatoes diced
3 oz Castella Sliced JalapeƱos  
3 oz Castella Black Sliced Olives  
3 oz Castella Roasted Red Peppers, Sliced
3 oz Sliced Yellow Peppers  
1/4 tsp Castella Oregano  
3/4 oz Goat cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Blind bake.
  2. Spread Mexican Bruschetta over the crust.
  3. Top with tomatoes, peppers, olives and crumbled goat cheese.
  4. Broil until cheese bubbles, garnish with oregano and serve.
