Holiday Seasoned Turkey

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Castella Rosemary Leaf
1/2  teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons Aegean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon Castella Sage Leaf
1 tablespoon Castella Herb De Provance
1/2 teaspoon Castella Black Pepper
1/4 cups minced Castella Parsley Flakes

Method

  1. Combine olive oil and butter with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of a mixture of Herb De Provence, rosemary, sage and parsley
  2. Rub on outside of Turkey
  3. Place remaining seasonings inside turkey cavity
