Antipasto Salad


1 pt Grape Tomatoes
8 oz Castella Manzanilla Olives
4 oz Castella Roasted Red Peppers - cut into strips
8 oz Salami, cubed
8 oz Castella Marinated Artichoke Hearts
4 oz Marinated Fresh Mozzarella
2 tsp Castella Minced Garlic
1 tsp Honey
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
⅛ tsp Salt and Pepper
3 tbsp Aegean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Castella Parsley Flakes


  1. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, olives, peppers, salami, artichokes, mozzarella and garlic.
  2. Whisk honey, vinegar and olive oil together, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss dressing in with antipasto mix.
  4. Garnish with parsley.
