Mango Palm Salad


1  Mango, cut into chunks  
12 oz Castella Hearts of Palm, cut into chunks  
6 Radishes, cut into chunks  
2 Green Onions, sliced  
1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro  
1/4 cup Castella Lime Juice  
2 tsp Dijon Mustard  
2 tbsp Aegean Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Combine mango, hearts of palm, radishes and green onions in a bowl.
  2. Combine remainder ingredients into a small bowl and whisk to make dressing.
  3. Stir dressing into combined salad ingredients, top with cilantro and serve immediately.
