10 oz  Field Green Lettuce  
2 oz Castella Hearts of Palm  
2 oz Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half  
2 oz Castella Kalamata Pitted Olives  
2oz Grilled Castella Artichoke Heart  
3 oz Castella Feta Cheese,  crumbled  
3 Red Onion Slices    


  1. Mix all ingredients and top with viniagrette dressing.
